Carrier

Items are shipped out of Brisbane, Australia using Australia Post. At our discretion we may ellect to use a service offering equivalent of faster delivery.

Shipping Costs 

The cost of shipping is calculated at the Australia Post rate plus a AUD 1.00 handling fee.  The cost you will be charged for shipping will be calculated and displayed at the checkout once a destination and method of shipping has been selected.

A single bikini including packaging typically weighs under 200 grams and measures no more than 20cm x 15cm x 10cm.

Postage costs within Australia range from $5 for standard delivery to $10 for express overnight delivery.  

The cost to send internationally ranges from $8 for New Zealand, $9 - $11 for Asia, North America and the Middle East and $12 - $13 for Europe, Africa and South America.

Shipping Methods

The available shipping methods within Australia are Regular Mail and Express Post.

International Orders are sent by Air Mail.

Parcels sent by regular mail are usually sent in a 500g Parcel Post satchel.  

The Express Post option can be selected at the checkout to have your order sent overnight for next business day delivery.  If Express Post is chosen at the checkout but the item is not eligible for Free Express Post and an Express Post upgrade has not been purchased then the item will be sent by regular mail. 

International orders are sent via Air Mail.  There is an option available to upgrade to Registered Mail.

Free Shipping

Shipping costs will be waived for all eligible orders.  To qualify for free shipping the total order value must come to AUD 85.00 or greater.  From time to time we may run promotions with free shipping for orders less than AUD 85.00.

Free Next Day Delivery - Express Post

Orders of AUD 100.00 or more shipped within Australia qualify for free Express Post.

An estimate of the delivery time is provided at the start of the checkout process.

Within Australia

Within Australia all items are sent via Australia Post.  For payments received and confirmed by 4:30 PM AEST, your order should be dispatched on the same day. 

Orders eligible for free Express Post or if you have paid for an Express Post upgrade then your item/s will be delivered within 1 business day to most Australian destinations (see the next business day Express Post Network for exclusions).

Orders sent by Express Post can be tracked.  Please contact us if you need your order's tracking number.

Outside Australia

International parcels are sent through Australia Post Air Mail.  Delivery is typcially 3-10 business days to most locations. Customers can purchase a registered mail upgrade if they wish to have their orders sent by Registered Air Mail. 

For larger orders (above 2kg or typically >10 items) then International Express Post or International Express Courier will be used, depending on the destination country.

International Customers should also be aware that local import taxes may be payable on receipt of your purchase.

UK Customers

UK customers please note, goods purchased with a value exceeding £18 may attract an import duty as well as VAT, payable by the importer (in this case you) on receipt of the item.  For gifts the allowance is doubled (to £36) and a flat rate customs duty of 3.5% is used if the gift's value is under £290.  More information is available at the HM Revenue and Customs Website

Customs Duty is only payable if the amount of customs duty due is more than £7.  This means customs duty would only be payable (at a rate of 12% for swimwear) if the total value of the item(s) purchased was £58 (or about AUD $85).  VAT, charged at 17.5%, is due on all commercial goods over £18 and gifts over £36.

As we send via Australia Post, Royal Mail will deliver your goods and it is apparently a bit hit and miss as to whether items over £18 will attract the attention of Revenue and Customs.  Royal Mail may also charge their own handling fee for collecting and taxes imposed.
