Returns & Exchanges

We understand how important it is that your new swimsuit fits just right in order for you to look and feel your best in it.  For this reason it is important to us that we make it as easy as possible to ensure you have the right size, and we will take every measure (no pun intended) to make this happens.  Please refer to our size guide and if you have any questions about a specific swimsuit with respect to your own personal needs then don't hesitate to contact us.  

Returns for Exchange

However sometimes the only way to know for sure is to try it on.  If yor bikini does arrive and does not fit we will happily exchange it for a different size provided it is available in stock.  Likewise, if your swimsuit arrives and it is not what you expected, perhaps skimpier than you feel comfortable in, or a slightly different shade of colour than you were expecting then you can exchange it.

To exchange for a different size or style simply follow the instructions on your invoice, i.e.

  1. Contact us by Email (preferred) or phone referencing your invoice number to advise what the issue is and what you would like to do.
  2. We will reply with instructions.  If you wish to exchange it then this will typically be to return the misfitting item if we have your correct size.
  3. Return the item (at your expense) to Brazilwear Australia, PO Box 648, MORNINGSIDE 4170 Australia
  4. Once we receive your returned item we will send the replacement at no additional cost to you
NB: You must contact us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to exchange.  You can send it by any method however the item is not considered returned until we have received it (we have not had any returned items lost in the post yet).  Items must be returned in their original state, this means un-laundered and with labels and hygiene sticker in tact.  Each customer's first exchange is at no cost.  Subsequent exchanges will incur a charge for return postage. 
 
If an item is faulty due to manufacturing fault it can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receipt.  If we have the same item in stock we will replace it.  If we no longer have the same item in stock you can choose an alternative product or request a full refund including postage.

Returns for Refund

If you decide you do not wish to keep your new swimsuit you can return it (at your expense) for a refund.  The full purchase price of the swimsuit will be refunded however postage is not refundable.  If postage was included in your purchase (i.e. free shipping) then the postage price will be subtracted from the purchase price.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt unless you contact us and make alternate arrangements.  You can send it by any method however the item is not considered returned until we have received it (we have not had any returned items lost in the post yet). Items must be returned in their original state, this means unlaundered and with labels and hygiene sticker in tact.

If an item is faulty it can be returned for a full refund including postage.
